Ogie Reddan

Ogie Reddan – CEO

Ogie originally comes from an accounting background but saw her skills lying elsewhere. She is a dynamic and driven business woman with fantastic business acumen and a natural flair for entrepreneurship – successfully owning and managing businesses across varied sectors including construction, recycling and property management. A number of years ago Ogie turned her hand to recruitment and since investing in the company Ogie has successfully established Chase Resourcing as both a national & internationally renowned Recruitment agency. Ogie has forged relationships across the globe- Her personable approach to people and business is her greatest asset. No challenge is too big, as a frequent visitor to the Middle East and Asia Ogie and her team have the expertise and cultural knowledge to help you.



Jason O’Grady – Business Development Manager

Jason studied Business and Marketing in Tralee IT.  Jason is now responsible for Business Development and nurturing relationships with all clients. Jason has a natural flare for networking, people and problem solving has seen him enjoy a very successful career in Business Development and Relationship Management. In the world of Recruitment he has the ability and skills to ensure that his passion and strong business acumen helps you meet your goals and staffing needs. His Passion for success will ensure your success!


Marianne Jones

Marianne Jones- Head of Recruitment

Marianne studied Languages and Business in Dublin Institute of Technology. After graduating, she joined the Banking sector where she worked in various roles; this opened up her interest in pursuing a career in Sales and Marketing and joined Renault Ireland. Marianne spent 14 years in the Motor Industry where she was responsible for selling new and used cars; she also acted as a Credit Intermediary for the sale of finance. First and foremost a people’s person, Marianne was attracted to the busy sales environment of recruitment and joined Chase Resourcing where she is enjoying a successful career. She is responsible for sourcing and recruiting Medical professionals from graduate level up to Chairman Level and represents Companies across Ireland and the Gulf region. Marianne is opportunistic and creating opportunities for others is primary focus.



Kieran O'Sullivan

Kieran O Sullivan- International Recruitment Manager

Kieran grew up in a family business in the Irish tourist sector and found his ability to deal with people to be of great benefit to him in his career. After completing an Engineering Degree he moved into Business Development Management and following a move to Canada also worked in Operations Management. Kieran now works out of our North American office representing Chase Resourcing International but also as Director of AK Resourcing Inc. He specializes in Business Development and International Recruitment in the following areas; Engineering, International Rail, Medical, IT and Education. From Kierans own experience of moving and setting up a new life and career in another country kieran has a great ability to empathise and connect to people seeking that exciting opportunity abroad.



Aoife Shine- Head of Recruitment

After finishing her B.Comm Degree from UCC, Aoife joined Chase Resourcing as an International Recruitment Consultant in August 2017. Aoife has since applied a fresh approach and enthusiasm to the role alongside her analytical mind and astute problem solving capabilities. Aoife enjoys establishing and sustaining relationships with people of different nationalities and applying her research skills to the role. Aoife sees the recruitment process as a customer service role where she caters to two sets of customers the clients and the candidates.



Alex Conboye

Alex Conboye- Recruitment Consultant

Alex studied English and history in UCC, unsure which way to take his career, Alex decided to complete an initial internship with Chase Resourcing. Alex was drawn to the world of recruitment, the diverse and challenging environment motivated him to succeed and Alex now serves as a key consultant in the engineering and international markets sectors. Alex recruits from the ground up to top management positions and has the ability to switch recruitment hats as required. He is passionate about his work and uses this strength to ensure your needs are met. Alex is open in his communication and takes a personal yet professional approach in his mission to complete the task at hand.



NickHussey- Recruitment Consultant

Nick is currently completing a Bachelor of Science Degree in the University of Limerick majoring in Environmental Science and joined Chase Resourcing as part of their internship programme. Nick has a naturally outgoing personality as well as his ability to communicate and converse and has seen him build strong relationships with candidates and clients across the globe. Nick has gained an extensive insight into areas such as Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, and the challenging world of Recruitment. Nick has combined this with his professional business ethic to place professionals in blue chip clients both nationally and internationally.



Iona McBirney- Recruitment Consultant

Iona has a Bachelor of Commerce with Marketing Graduate from The National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG). Iona is extremely creative, hard-working and outgoing person. . The many years of experience has helped Iona gain skills such as time management, analytical skills, organisational skills and leadership skills.



Timmy Smith – Recruitment Resourcer

Timmy is currently studying for a Bachelor of Marketing in Institute of Technology Tralee.Timmy has a naturally outgoing personality as well as his ability to communicate and converse and has seen him build strong relationships with candidates and clients across the globe.
