Trish Murphy- Office/Recruitment Manager
Trish studied Irish and Economics in UCC and comes from a strong customer service and management background. Joanne Morgan- Business Development Manager
Joanne studied Business and Marketing in Tralee IT. She spent 15 years working in sales and marketing mainly in the media sector. While working in sales Joanne furthered her studies with a Certificate in Coaching Skills from Limerick IT and has qualified to become a competent Coach. In 2015, she then transferred her industry knowledge and Coaching skills over to a career in recruitment. Joanne is now responsible for Business Development and nurturing relationships with all clients. Her natural flare for networking, people and problem solving has seen her enjoy a very successful career in Business Development and Relationship Management. Marianne Jones- Head of Medical Recruitment
Marianne studied Languages and Business in Dublin Institute of Technology. After graduating, she joined the Banking sector where she worked in various roles; this opened up her interest in pursuing a career in Sales and Marketing and joined Renault Ireland. Marianne spent 14 years in the Motor Industry where she was responsible for selling new and used cars; she also acted as a Credit Intermediary for the sale of finance. First and foremost a people’s person, Marianne was attracted to the busy sales environment of recruitment and joined Chase Resourcing where she is enjoying a successful career. She is responsible for sourcing and recruiting Medical professionals from graduate level up to Chairman Level and represents Companies across Ireland and the Gulf region. Marianne is opportunistic and creating opportunities for others is primary focus.
Kieran O Sullivan- International Recruitment Consultant
Kieran grew up in a family business in the Irish tourist sector and found his ability to deal with people to be of great benefit to him in his career. After completing an Engineering Degree he moved into Business Development Management and following a move to Canada also worked in Operations Management. Kieran now works out of our North American office representing Chase Resourcing International but also as Director of AK Resourcing Inc. He specializes in Business Development and International Recruitment in the following areas; Engineering, International Rail, Medical, IT and Education. From Kierans own experience of moving and setting up a new life and career in another country kieran has a great ability to empathise and connect to people seeking that exciting opportunity abroad.
Pat Clifford- International Markets Co-Ordinator
After finishing his LL.B in IT Carlow, Pat completed his Postgraduate degree in International Sales and Negotiation in UCC before joining Chase Resourcing as a Business Development Officer in May 2015. Pat has since applied a fresh approach and enthusiasm to the role alongside his analytical mind and astute problem solving capabilities. Pat enjoys establishing and sustaining relationships with people of different nationalities and applying his research skills to the role. Pat sees the recruitment process as a customer service role where he caters to two sets of customers the clients and the candidates.
Alex Conboye- Recruitment Consultant
Alex studied English and history in UCC, unsure which way to take his career, Alex decided to complete an initial internship with Chase Resourcing. Alex was drawn to the world of recruitment, the diverse and challenging environment motivated him to succeed and Alex now serves as a key consultant in the engineering and international markets sectors. Alex recruits from the ground up to top management positions and has the ability to switch recruitment hats as required. He is passionate about his work and uses this strength to ensure your needs are met. Alex is open in his communication and takes a personal yet professional approach in his mission to complete the task at hand.
Claire English- Recruitment Resourcer
Claire is currently in her third year of a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in University College Cork majoring in Marketing and joined Chase Resourcing as part of their internship programme. Claire’s naturally outgoing personality as well as her ability to communicate and converse has seen her build strong relationships with candidates across the globe. Claire has gained an extensive insight into areas such as Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, and the challenging world of Medical Recruitment. Claire has combined this with her professional business ethic to place medical professionals in blue chip medical clients in the Middle East.
Cian O Neill- Recruitment Resourcer
Cian is a final year commerce student and has joined Chase Resourcing as part of their internship programme. Cian utilises key aspects of his course, including marketing and human resources in his everyday task with Chase Resourcing. Cian is currently working in the Education Department and specialises in sourcing and placing Education Professionals for the Middle East. Cian sources from all over the world including The US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand and has accumulated a comprehensive data base particularly in the ESL field and Health Science Education. Cian brings a fresh dynamic to the team and has a keen interest in various aspects of recruitment including international markets and digital marketing.
